At Rainbow Valley Elementary School, we believe it is our purpose to ensure high levels of learning for every student by providing an education by design, not chance while creating future leaders of today and tomorrow. First and foremost, our staff ensures high levels of learning and growth, by ensuring standards drive our instruction, students achieve mastery, and data drives our decisions. 

Leadership is the signature program at Rainbow Valley, and it is inspired by the 7 Habits of Happy Kids. Throughout the year, the leadership habits are also embedded into our school expectations of being safe, responsible, and respectful. We explicitly teach students the standards, habits, and skills needed to be successful both inside and outside of the classroom. When a student needs additional support, we provide dedicated time each day for intervention or enrichment. Rainbow Valley will meet the needs of the whole child so they can go on to positively contribute to the world.
